The village for 2200 inhabitants. Conceptual project.

Annotation:
This village is located on the territory of the Rostov region, in its western part. According to the project, the village is designed for 2,200 residents. The settlement includes the following zones: industrial, park, administrative, social (school, kindergarten, sports complex and market) and residential (private houses, townhouses and apartment buildings). In addition, the village is located next to a reservoir and has a good coastal area that is accessible to residents.

Technical and economic indicators:
The total area of the village is 40 hectares
The estimated population is 2,200 people
The area of the territory for the construction of an average number of floors - 5 hectares
The area of the territory for low-rise buildings is 7 hectares
The area of industrial institutions - 4 hectares
The area of social and cultural institutions - 5 hectares
The territory of educational institutions - 4 hectares
Landscaping area - 8 hectares
